Gallagher is seeking a seasoned Business Intelligence Manager to lead a team of BI developers and to design, build, and optimize enterprise reporting solutions using SQL Server, Snowflake, and Azure Synapse.

You will partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into meaningful insights, drive governance, and mentor analysts, while applying AI-enabled analytics to improve reporting and productivity.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, BI, or related field.
• 10+ years of enterprise BI and reporting experience.
• Advanced Power BI, SSRS, SQL, DAX, Power Query, and data modeling skills.
• Experience with SQL Server, Snowflake, Azure Synapse, and modern data architectures.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, source control, deployment automation, and governance.
• Experience leading BI, analytics, reporting, or software development teams.
• Understanding of AI-enabled technologies in analytics and reporting.
• Insurance or risk management industry experience is valued.

How you will make an impact

As a hands-on leader, you will guide a team of BI developers while actively contributing to the design, development, and optimization of enterprise reporting solutions. • Leveraging emerging AI-enabled tools to improve reporting, analytics, and development productivity.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience delivering enterprise BI and reporting solutions.
• Advanced expertise in Power BI, SSRS, SQL, DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
• Experience with SQL Server, Snowflake, Azure Synapse, and modern data architectures.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, source control, deployment automation, and development governance.
• Previous experience leading BI, analytics, reporting, or software development teams.
• Understanding of AI-enabled technologies and their application within analytics and reporting.
• Insurance or risk management industry experience is highly valued.
