Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience.
• Experience building or scaling talent acquisition practices in growing organizations.
• Strong business judgment and ability to translate hiring needs into strategy.
• Builder mindset with ability to create structure for scalable growth.
• Comfort operating in fast-changing environments with shifting priorities.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Build a scalable talent acquisition function with practical systems and processes.
• Anticipate recruiting needs as the organization grows and build infrastructure to support it.
• Evaluate and improve use of recruiting tech, partners, sourcing, and resources.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting across the organization and adapt strategies by role and market.
• Build strong talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles while staying hands-on.
• Deliver a thoughtful candidate experience that reflects Profound’s culture and high standards.
• Partner with leaders to define success and translate needs into recruiting strategies.
• Use talent insights to forecast demand, capacity, and market conditions and adjust plans.
• Make recommendations on internal resources and external support to maximize value.
