Responsabilidades

• Support end-to-end IT recruitment activities.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and identify candidates aligned with requirements.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates, recruiters and managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate information in the ATS.
• Assist with employer branding initiatives and recruitment events.
