Capgemini Engineering, a world leader in engineering services, seeks a Senior Data Scientist to drive cross-functional AI/ML initiatives and enterprise AI strategy. You will own end-to-end model development for pricing, demand forecasting, and elasticity, productionizing models in Azure ML and Databricks.

You will implement prescriptive analytics, maintain feature stores, and establish model monitoring with MLflow while applying SHAP/LIME to explain drivers of model behavior to Revenue

Formación

• 2–4 years of hands-on Data Science experience.
• Proficiency in Python, Spark/Delta, SQL, Azure ML, Databricks, MLflow.
• Familiarity with PyTorch or TensorFlow is a plus.
• Strong understanding of experimental design, statistical testing, and causal inference basics.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end model development for pricing, demand forecasting, and elasticity estimation.
• Productionize models in Azure ML and Databricks.
• Implement prescriptive analytics through optimization (LP/IP/RL).
• Maintain feature stores, model monitoring, and drift checks with MLflow.
• Design and execute A/B tests or quasi-experiments to measure revenue impact.
• Apply SHAP/LIME for model interpretability.
