You will partner with hiring managers, support benefits administration, and help maintain ATS/HRIS systems. Strong organizational skills and English proficiency are essential for success.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration or related preferred.
• 1 year of previous experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, HR Coordination, or related HR roles.
• B2-C1 English level proficiency.
• Knowledge of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Support full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-up.
• Utilize sourcing tools, resume databases, and online platforms to identify qualified talent.
• Assist hiring managers and HR teams with recruitment and onboarding activities.
• Coordinate new hire documentation, onboarding processes, and employee records management.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR processes and programs.
• Maintain and update HR databases, ATS, and HRIS systems accurately.
• Support benefits administration processes, including enrollments, changes, and employee communication.
• Assist with HR audits, reporting, and documentation review to ensure compliance and data accuracy.
• Provide administrative support for performance management and employee relations processes.
• Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive employee and candidate information.
