Gallagher is seeking a Process Excellence Specialist in Bogotá to lead transformation initiatives and optimize operational performance across global teams. You will drive standardized processes, leverage data to improve efficiency, and guide cross-functional projects with automation and RPA at the core.

The role requires a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, 5+ years of experience in process improvement, and fluency in English or Portuguese for collaboration with international colleagues.

Formación

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related fields.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is required.
• 5+ years of experience leading process improvement, transformation, or operational excellence initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with automation teams and RPA tools.
• Proficiency in English or Portuguese (B2) for global collaboration.

• Design and execute transformation roadmaps to improve productivity, cycle times, and costs across teams.

About you

We’re looking for someone who thrives on solving complex challenges and driving impactful change. You’ll bring:

• A degree inIndustrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related fields.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification(Required).
• 5+ years of experienceleading process improvement, operational transformation, or excellence initiatives in industries like BPO, insurance, finance, or consulting.
• Hands-on experience working withautomation teamsand tools like Robotic Process Automation (RPA) (Required)
• Proficiency inEnglish or Portuguese (B2 level)to collaborate effectively across global teams.
