Gallagher seeks a Strategy & Operations Consultant to join our Internal Consulting team in Bogotá. You will partner with senior leaders to analyze problems, build solutions, and support improvements from planning through implementation.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of management consulting experience, a Bachelor's degree, and strong skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Fluency in English (B2+) and a collaborative mindset are essential to drive impactful results.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• English B2+ proficiency.
• 2–3 years management consulting experience.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem solving.
• Ability to analyze data and turn insights into recommendations.
• Advanced PowerPoint, Excel, and Word skills.
• Independent worker with limited guidance.
• Strong written and verbal communication with senior leaders.
• Sound business judgement; balance financial and non-financial considerations.
• Experience in the insurance brokerage industry preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze data and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Build business cases, requirements, and performance metrics.
• Document current-state and future-state processes.
• Support market entry, profitability, and growth studies.
• Develop action plans and implementation support materials.
• Create reports, training materials, and project updates.
• Present recommendations and drive performance improvement initiatives.
