Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–3 years of management consulting experience.
• English B2+ level.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Experience in the insurance brokerage industry is preferred.

Responsabilidades

The Strategy & Operations Consultant is part of Gallagher's Internal Consulting team and helps solve some of the company's most important business process challenges. In this role, you will work with senior leaders and operational teams to analyze problems, develop solutions, and support improvements from planning through implementation.

About you

• Ability to analyze both quantitative and qualitative data and turn insights into clear recommendations
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Ability to work independently with limited guidance
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including confidence working with senior leaders
• Sound business judgment and the ability to balance financial and non-financial considerations
• Experience in the insurance brokerage industry is preferred
