Job summary

Worley is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist in Bogota, Colombia to support the North America TA team. You will source high-quality technical and professional candidates, manage recruitment marketing activities, and help deliver a diverse slate of applicants across projects.

The role involves working with recruiters and hiring managers to optimize time-to-hire, quality of hire, and cost efficiency, while promoting Worley’s brand and recruitment efforts across channels.

Qualifications

• Experience in Talent Acquisition (Search, Agency or In-House).
• Experience with technical disciplines is advantageous (engineering, project management, construction, supply chain, procurement).
• Direct sourcing of passive candidates with knowledge of sourcing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support the Talent Acquisition lifecycle for assigned requisitions with sourcing strategies and timelines.
• Maintain and develop a network of contacts to identify qualified candidates.
• Actively source passive candidates and present robust shortlists with a mix of internal and external candidates.
• Ensure compliance with Worley policies throughout the TA lifecycle.
• Deliver TA activities within set perimeter to meet time-to-offer, time-to-hire, quality and cost targets.
