Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least three years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience in a technical environment.

Responsabilités

• Source and identify qualified candidates for engineering, design, project management, and technical positions.
• Develop candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, associations, social media, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels.
• Conduct market research and talent mapping to identify candidates by discipline, experience, location, industry background, and skill set.
• Review resumes and online profiles to assess candidates against requirements.
• Initiate professional outreach via LinkedIn, email, phone, and other channels.
• Communicate job opportunities, company information, growth opportunities, location requirements, and hiring-process expectations.
