GEP is seeking a Sourcing Lead to partner with clients and internal teams, managing strategic sourcing initiatives using a multi-step process. You will develop category requirements, conduct spend analytics and drive total cost ownership discussions to deliver measurable savings.

You will lead RFx processes, negotiate with suppliers, and collaborate with client teams and legal departments to finalize contracts. Strong communication and project management are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Science, Business or Engineering.
• 5+ years of strategic sourcing experience.
• Category experience in Marketing is required.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written).

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end GEP sourcing process from data collection to supplier discovery.
• Perform RFx development, supplier negotiations and cost analyses.
• Present findings and recommendations to client teams in a concise manner.
• Collaborate with Client Category Managers and SMEs on project strategy.
• Coach suppliers on process and manage milestone activities.
