Confidential Careers is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Specialist to drive sourcing initiatives and deliver value while partnering with local and international stakeholders. The role focuses on strategy development, supplier negotiations, and contract management.

You will lead cost reduction efforts, manage supplier relationships, and monitor KPIs to quantify savings and performance across projects. Hybrid work setup includes 2 days at home and 3 days in the office.

Formación

• 5–8 years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or Category Management.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, automotive, packaging, engineering, or related environments.
• Fluent English (mandatory) to interact with international stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation, supplier management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience leading sourcing projects, supplier negotiations, and cost reduction initiatives.

Title: Strategic Sourcing Specialist (Hybrid, 2 days Home Office & 3 days at Office)

We are seeking a Strategic Sourcing Specialist to drive strategic sourcing initiatives and deliver financial and operational value while partnering closely with local and international stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing and category strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead supplier selection, negotiations, contract management, and supplier performance initiatives.
• Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders to support operational and strategic business needs.
• Drive cost optimization, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement initiatives across procurement activities.
• Manage supplier relationships and ensure effective contract implementation.
• Track procurement KPIs, savings, and sourcing project results.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or Category Management.
• Experience within manufacturing, industrial, automotive, packaging, engineering, or similar environments.
• Fluent English (mandatory) with the ability to interact with international stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation, supplier management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience managing sourcing projects, supplier negotiations, and cost reduction initiatives.
• Knowledge of procurement KPIs, contract management, and supplier performance management.

• Salary range: 9M/COP monthly basis (gross value)
