Crystalia Glass LLC, a U.S.-based premium glass solutions provider, seeks a Supply Engineering Team Lead to scale procurement and optimize processes. The role leads a four-person team and coordinates with suppliers across the U.S., Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, ensuring timely material availability and project success.

The role blends 80% leadership with 20% hands-on sourcing to support peak workloads and complex projects. Remote or on-site work options are available.

Formación

• 3+ years in procurement/supply engineering on US markets.
• Experience reading and interpreting technical drawings.
• Experience with international suppliers (US/Europe/Middle East/Asia).
• Hands-on procurement/sourcing of engineering or production materials.
• Fluent English is required; Russian is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead procurement operations and supplier relationships.
• Review drawings and prepare accurate material lists.
• Coordinate production by aligning orders and hardware/material availability.
• Plan inventory and forecast procurement needs.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
• Mentor four Supply Engineers and manage workloads.
• Collaborate with Sales, Project Managers, Engineers, and Install teams.
