UPS is seeking an Operations Team Leader to oversee day-to-day service issues within a busy operation in Bogotá. You will work with hourly and management staff to address process, safety, staffing, and training to maintain high service levels, and strive to improve operational efficiency.

As a leader, you will coordinate the needs and efforts of the operation, ensuring customer satisfaction and the smooth execution of procedures and systems across the UPS network in Colombia.
