Hitachi Energy in Bogotá is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex energy projects from start to finish, ensuring contractual commitments and maintaining safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets, and build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in project management.
• Strong knowledge of engineering fundamentals and project proposals.
• Advanced English proficiency is required.
• Experience with project management software and ERP systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead project planning and execution meetings, track progress and report updates.
• Evaluate risks and opportunities to protect outcomes.
• Oversee engineering activities, assembly, testing, and commissioning.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver contracts.
• Negotiate changes with customers, suppliers, and contractors.
• Monitor procurement and manage project budgets and profitability.
• Track costs, scope, forecasts, and cash flow.
• Communicate with customers, internal teams, auditors, and vendors.
• Oversee document approvals to ensure contractual compliance.
• Ensure adherence to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, ISO 45001.
