Sutherland is seeking a Facilities Manager in Bogotá to ensure that the organization’s facilities operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance, overseeing maintenance, security, cleaning, waste management, and site services.

You will manage budgets, drive cost optimization, coordinate asset inventories and expansion projects, audit processes for efficiency and safety, and partner with other departments to meet operational needs while adhering to SLAs.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, Architecture, Facility Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4–5 years of facilities management experience; property management and/or BPO experience desirable.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations, budget management, team coordination, communication, and problem-solving.
• Candidates with different academic backgrounds may be considered if they have strong transferable experience relevant to the role.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and coordinate all facility-related activities and services.
• Plan and manage the facilities maintenance budget.
• Ensure facilities comply with occupational health and safety regulations.
• Oversee waste management and disposal practices.
• Coordinate the procurement and delivery of cleaning, security, and maintenance services.
• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Audit processes for efficiency and compliance with policies and procedures.
• Monitor transportation-related expenses and optimize costs.
• Lead site expansion projects and coordinate required teams.
• Audit inventory and asset trackers, including furniture and devices.
• Ensure petty cash is managed with approvals by Senior Manager, Facilities.
• Conduct regular site walkthroughs to ensure SLAs are met.
