Evalueserve is seeking a proactive Sales Development Representative in Bogotá to support senior sales and delivery teams by executing targeted outbound campaigns and generating qualified meetings.

The role requires multi-channel prospecting, strong CRM discipline (HubSpot), and the ability to engage senior stakeholders via phone, email, and social channels, with flexible overlap with US hours.

Formación

• Excellent oral and written communication in English; essential.
• Strong cold-calling skills to engage decision-makers.
• Resilience and persistence to handle rejection and maintain activity.
• Good research skills on target markets, companies, and clients.

Responsabilidades

• Execute targeted outbound campaigns across priority accounts and markets.
• Create target prospect and contact lists based on campaign criteria.
• Conduct account and stakeholder research to map structures and priorities.
• Perform multi-channel prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Own follow-up and lead nurturing to move prospects through the funnel.
