Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of an assigned apartment community in Colombia. You will lead the property team, manage budgets, optimize occupancy and revenue, and ensure compliance with policies and applicable laws.

The role requires 4–6 years of property management experience, a bachelor’s degree (preferred), and strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant experience in property management, sales, marketing and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property to meet budgeted financial and operational goals.
• Analyze financial statements and market data to inform budgeting and leasing strategies.
• Set rents, collect fees, and produce monthly financial status reports.
• Approve vendor invoices and coordinate with accounting and owners as needed.
• Supervise staff, hire and train employees, and ensure performance aligned with company policies.
• Maintain owner relationships with tours and performance updates.

Education

Bachelor's degree (preferred) in Business Management or Real Estate
