Greystar is seeking a motivated Leasing Associate to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies across our communities. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease packages to ensure smooth move-ins.

This role requires a customer-focused approach, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work with on-site teams to meet occupancy and revenue goals.

Formación

• Incumbents must have all licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions.
• Incumbents must have valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications and screenings.
• Prepare lease and move-in packages and ensure smooth sign‑offs.
• Inspect apartments before move-in and coordinate maintenance items.
• Monitor market conditions and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Design marketing activities to drive traffic and use online tools.
• Track availability and leasing activity using on-site software.
• Follow up with prospects and renewals to maximize occupancy and retention.
• Respond to resident or owner concerns promptly and document requests.
