Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collects rent and payments, posts deposits, and reconciles bank accounts.
• Operates Yardi/OneSite and maintains system data integrity.
• Reviews resident files for unpaid fees and collects delinquencies.
• Reviews invoices, codes charges, and coordinates with vendors and owners.
• Performs move-outs and processes related deposits and fees.
• Provides resident service, handles complaints, and supports on-site supervision.
