Colgate-Palmolive in Cali, Colombia is seeking a Business Services Procurement Specialist for the Andean & Greater Caribbean region to lead strategic sourcing, negotiations, SRM, and risk management across Professional Services, IT, Benefits, and Fleet. You will partner with regional leaders to apply global procurement frameworks, drive cost optimization, and enable process improvements.

A bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in procurement with English and Spanish fluency are required; hybrid work

Formación

Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or similar.
3+ years of experience in Procurement, Professional Services categories preferable.
Experience using e-procurement platforms such as SAP and SAP Ariba.
Fluency in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

Lead regional strategic sourcing events and contract negotiations across Professional Services.
Develop regional category strategies aligned with global procurement goals.
Manage supplier relationships and SRM programs to mitigate risks.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and senior regional leadership.
Lead benchmarking, spend analytics, and supplier segmentation for improvement.
