Colgate-Palmolive in Cali, Colombia is seeking a Business Services Procurement Specialist for the Andean & Greater Caribbean region to lead strategic sourcing, negotiations, SRM, and risk management across Professional Services, IT, Benefits, and Fleet. You will partner with regional leaders to apply global procurement frameworks, drive cost optimization, and enable process improvements.

A bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in procurement with English and Spanish fluency are required; hybrid work

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or similar.
• 3+ years of experience in Procurement, Professional Services categories preferable.
• Experience using e-procurement platforms such as SAP and SAP Ariba.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.

Business Services Procurement Specialist - Professional Services (Andean & Greater Caribbean Region)

Discover Your Purpose: Role Summary

The Business Services Procurement Specialist leads strategic sourcing, negotiations, supplier relationship management, and risk mitigation across the Professional Services category for the Andean and Greater Caribbean regions. Sitting within the LATAM Division, this role drives efficiency, cost optimization, and process innovation by managing strategic sub-categories such as IT, Benefits, and Fleet.

By acting as a key partner to regional leaders, you will apply robust global procurement frameworks to deliver measurable business impact and support sustainable growth.

Your Impact: Responsibilities

• Lead regional strategic sourcing events, contract negotiations, and e-sourcing processes across Professional Services categories (IT, Benefits, Fleet) to drive cost optimization and value creation.
• Develop and execute regional category strategies aligned with global procurement goals, long-term business priorities, and sustainability/DE&I initiatives.
• Manage strategic supplier relationships and implement Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) programs to mitigate operational and contracting risks.
• Partner with cross-functional business stakeholders and senior regional leadership to align on procurement needs, project statuses, and category priorities.
• Lead annual benchmarking, spend analytics, and supplier segmentation deep-dives to identify continuous improvement and process automation opportunities.

Skills That Make Us Smile: Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or similar.
• 3+ years of experience in Procurement, Professional Services categories preferable.
• Demonstrated experience utilizing e-procurement platforms such as SAP and SAP Ariba.
• Professional-level fluency in both English and Spanish.
