Colgate-Palmolive in Cali, Valle del Cauca, Colombia is seeking a Business Services Procurement Specialist for the Andean & Greater Caribbean Region. You will lead strategic sourcing, negotiations, and supplier relationship management across Professional Services to drive cost optimization.

Sitting within the LATAM Division, you will develop regional category strategies aligned with global goals, manage SRM programs, and partner with cross-functional leaders to deliver measurable business

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or similar.
• 3+ years in Procurement, Professional Services categories preferable.
• Experience with SAP and SAP Ariba.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Direct category experience in Professional Services (e.g., IT, Fleet, Employee Benefits).
• Strong strategic negotiation, project management, and analytical decision-making capabilities.
• Cross-functional collaboration across cross-cultural environments.
• Alignment with LIFT principles and continuous process innovation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead regional strategic sourcing events, contract negotiations, and e-sourcing processes across Professional Services to drive cost optimization and value creation.
• Develop and execute regional category strategies aligned with global procurement goals and sustainability initiatives.
• Manage strategic supplier relationships and implement SRM programs to mitigate risks.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and senior regional leadership to align on procurement needs and category priorities.
• Lead annual benchmarking, spend analytics, and supplier segmentation deep-dives to identify improvements and automation opportunities.

The Business Services Procurement Specialist leads strategic sourcing, negotiations, supplier relationship management, and risk mitigation across the Professional Services category for the Andean and Greater Caribbean regions. Sitting within the LATAM Division, this role drives efficiency, cost optimization, and process innovation by managing strategic sub-categories such as IT, Benefits, and Fleet. By acting as a key partner to regional leaders, you will apply robust global procurement frameworks to deliver measurable business impact and support sustainable growth.

Your Impact: Responsibilities

• Lead regional strategic sourcing events, contract negotiations, and e-sourcing processes across Professional Services categories (IT, Benefits, Fleet) to drive cost optimization and value creation.
• Develop and execute regional category strategies aligned with global procurement goals, long-term business priorities, and sustainability/DE&I initiatives.
• Manage strategic supplier relationships and implement Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) programs to mitigate operational and contracting risks.
• Partner with cross-functional business stakeholders and senior regional leadership to align on procurement needs, project statuses, and category priorities.
• Lead annual benchmarking, spend analytics, and supplier segmentation deep-dives to identify continuous improvement and process automation opportunities.

Skills That Make Us Smile: Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or similar.
• 3+ years of experience in Procurement, Professional Services categories preferable.
• Demonstrated experience utilizing e-procurement platforms such as SAP and SAP Ariba.
• Professional-level fluency in both English and Spanish.
• Direct category experience in Professional Services (e.g., IT, Fleet, Employee Benefits).
• Strong strategic negotiation, project management, and analytical decision-making capabilities.
• Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement across cross-cultural environments.
• Alignment with LIFT principles, proactive leadership, and continuous process innovation.
