Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager, Portfolio Governance & Strategy Leader, located in New Brunswick, NJ, with global scope across multiple postings. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; focus in Business, IT, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance or related field.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of relevant professional experience in global project/program/portfolio leadership.
• Strong strategic leadership with ability to align investments to priorities.
• Experience establishing governance forums, intake processes, and executive decision frameworks.
• Proficiency with portfolio tools, data integration, and automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Strategic Portfolio Governance across MedTech Supply Chain Digital.
• Manage demand intake, assessment, prioritization, and governance boards.
• Drive value management, benefits realization, and ROI planning across the portfolio.
• Provide portfolio analytics, dashboards, and executive-level reporting.
• Oversee resource planning, capacity management, and delivery risk across the portfolio.
• Define and govern portfolio tools strategy; integrate Jira, Planisware, Quickbase with portfolio solutions.
• Lead Change Control & Investment governance and executive decision forums.
• Develop leadership capabilities and cross-functional partnerships across Digital, Finance, PMO, Product, Technology, and Business.
