Johnson & Johnson is hiring a Lead, Data Product Management - Governance to drive and govern data products across MedTech Digital Solutions. You will ensure data products are well-defined, trusted, and aligned with business priorities and regulatory expectations, partnering with owners, tech teams, and governance partners.

You will lead governance execution, develop data product requirements, and mentor data stewards to sustain scalable, compliant data use across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience with data governance and data product governance.
• Ability to translate business needs into data product requirements.
• Collaborate with data engineering and security teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute and operationalize governance practices, including ownership/stewardship assignments and metadata standards.
• Gather, clarify, and prioritize data product requirements and translate into acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with data engineering to review designs and ensure pipelines meet data contracts and SLAs.
• Maintain business glossaries, data dictionaries, and metadata so entries are consistent and searchable.
• Define data quality rules and drive remediation with owners and stewards.
• Coordinate with architecture, privacy, legal, regulatory, records management, and security teams.
• Create playbooks, runbooks, onboarding materials, and training to drive adoption.
• Mentor data stewards and promote governance best practices.
