Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Lead, Data Product Management – Governance to drive hands-on delivery, adoption, and governance of data products across the MedTech Digital Solutions portfolio. You will ensure data products are well-defined, trusted, and aligned with business priorities and regulatory expectations.

You will partner with business owners, technology teams, governance partners, and data engineering to enforce metadata standards, provenance, and data quality while mentoring data

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in data analytics, information systems, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in data product management, data governance, data stewardship, analytics, or enterprise data enablement.
• Preferred: experience in regulated environments such as MedTech or healthcare.
• Hands-on familiarity with data catalogs and metadata management, glossaries, data quality tooling, and requirements documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Execute governance practices including ownership and stewardship, lifecycle controls, and metadata standards.
• Gather and translate data requirements into acceptance criteria and product specs.
• Collaborate with data engineering to review designs, validate transforms, and ensure data pipelines meet contracts and SLAs.
• Maintain and improve business glossaries, data dictionaries, and metadata standards.
• Coordinate with architecture, privacy, legal, regulatory, and security to ensure compliant, scalable solutions.
• Create playbooks, runbooks, and onboarding materials to drive adoption and repeatable processes.
• Mentor junior data stewards and promote governance best practices.
