Johnson & Johnson seeks a Senior Manager, Portfolio Governance & Strategy Lead to drive Strategic Portfolio Management across MedTech Digital. The role ensures alignment of strategy, investments, resources, and value realization while partnering with Digital, Finance, PMO, Product, Technology, and Business teams.

The position involves governance, demand intake, prioritization, and executive reporting with opportunities to influence across regions including Bogota.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; business/IT/engineering focus preferred.
• Eight+ years of relevant work experience in portfolio management or a senior project/program leadership role.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and ability to align investments with priorities.
• Experience governing portfolio governance forums, intake, gates, and executive decision frameworks.
• Experience integrating portfolio tools and driving automation for better data quality and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Strategic Portfolio Governance across MedTech Digital portfolios.
• Govern demand intake, prioritization, and investment decision processes.
• Drive value management and benefits realization with finance and business leaders.
• Provide portfolio analytics, dashboards, and executive reporting for stakeholders.
• Lead resource planning, capacity management, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Drive tool integration (JIRA, Planisware, Quickbase) and digitization of portfolio flows.
• Foster leadership development, accountability, and continuous improvement across teams.
