Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager, Portfolio Governance & Strategy Leader, based in Bogotá with global scope. This role drives Strategic Portfolio Management across MedTech Digital, aligning strategy, investments, and value realization.

Responsibilities include governance, demand management, analytics, and executive reporting. Strong leadership, collaboration across Finance, PMO, Product, and Technology is essential for success.

Formación

• Minimum eight years of relevant professional work experience.
• Complex global Project, Program, or Portfolio Management leadership experience.
• Strong strategic leadership and business acumen, with the ability to align investments to organizational priorities.
• Deep expertise in Strategic Portfolio Management, portfolio governance, demand management, prioritization, and investment planning.
• Experience establishing portfolio governance forums, intake processes, stage gates, and executive decision frameworks.
• Experience governing portfolio and project technologies, system integration, and process automation.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.

• Lead Strategic Portfolio Governance across MedTech Supply Chain Digital.
• Govern enterprise demand intake, assessment, and prioritization.
• Lead portfolio-level value management and benefits realization.
• Provide executive transparency into portfolio health and performance.
• Lead strategic resource planning and capacity management across the portfolio.
• Define and govern the portfolio management technology strategy and roadmap.
• Lead enterprise investment and change governance with transparent reporting.
• Develop portfolio management capabilities through coaching and cross-functional partnership.
