Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Lead, Data Product Management – Governance to drive data product governance, adoption, and collaboration across MedTech Digital Solutions. You will ensure data products are well-defined, trusted, and aligned with business priorities, standards, and regulatory expectations.

You will partner with business owners, technology teams, governance partners, and data engineering to translate needs into governance-ready data product requirements and to promote best practices

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a data-related field.
• Minimum 3 years in data product governance or analytics.

Aufgaben

• Govern data products: ownership, stewardship, lifecycle controls, metadata standards.
• Translate business needs into data product requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with data engineering to validate designs and ensure data contracts and SLAs.
• Maintain data catalogs, glossaries, and metadata for discoverability.
• Define data quality rules and drive remediation with stewards.
• Coordinate with architecture, privacy, legal, and security for compliant solutions.
• Create playbooks and trainings to drive adoption of governance practices.
