You will plan market entry, research competitors, arrange meetings with prospects, and ensure compliance while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 1–3 years of business development experience in finance.
• Knowledge of financial markets.
• Experience with MT4/MT5.
• Strong networking and negotiation skills.
• CRM and MS Office proficiency.
• Good interpersonal and reporting skills.
• Ability to analyze market information.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement market penetration and expansion strategy.
• Develop growth strategy for financial gains and customer satisfaction.
• Research markets and customer needs; monitor competitors.
• Arrange meetings with prospects and promote products.
• Build long-term client relationships.
• Initiate contact to open trading accounts.
• Assist clients with online trading software.
