WSP COLOMBIA SAS is seeking a seasoned Financial Project Manager (Financial PMO) to lead budgets, forecasts, and financial controls across strategic projects in Bogotá. You will collaborate with Project Managers, Financial Analysts, and leaders to optimize cash flow, profitability, and reporting.

The role emphasizes financial analysis, risk management, and iterative corrective actions while ensuring compliance with corporate policies and audit requirements.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in project financial management, financial planning, project controls, or similar roles.
• Experience budgeting, forecasting, financial control, and performance analysis for complex projects.
• Experience in engineering, infrastructure, construction, consulting, or professional services environments.
• Strong knowledge of cost management, budget control, profitability analysis, and cash flow management.
• Experience presenting financial reports to executive leadership.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher).
• Professional certifications such as PMP, CPA, CFA are assets.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the financial planning, management, and control of projects across their lifecycle.
• Coordinate development and monitoring of project budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Oversee project revenue, costs, margins, profitability, and cash flow.
• Partner with Project Managers to achieve financial and contractual objectives.
• Analyze financial results, identify variances, and propose corrective actions.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities for projects.
• Develop and deliver executive-level financial reports to stakeholders.
• Monitor KPIs to evaluate project performance and risks.
• Provide guidance to Project Controllers and Financial Analysts.
