WSP COLOMBIA SAS in Bogotá seeks a Senior Financial Manager to lead the financial planning, management, and control of major infrastructure projects. You will develop budgets, forecasts, and financial plans, while monitoring revenues, costs, margins, and cash flow across the project lifecycle.

The role requires advanced financial analysis, KPI development, and strong collaboration with project managers and senior stakeholders to ensure contractual and financial objectives are met.

Formación

• Candidates must have strong financial planning and controls experience across complex projects.
• Experience with multi-disciplinary teams and senior stakeholder engagement.
• Knowledge of PMO frameworks, project controls, and financial reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the financial planning, management, and control of projects throughout their lifecycle.
• Develop, manage, and monitor project budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Oversee project revenues, costs, margins, profitability, and cash flow performance.
• Partner with Project Managers to ensure project financial objectives and contractual requirements are achieved.
• Analyze financial performance, identify variances, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual project financial review processes.
• Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and performance analyses to senior leadership and stakeholders.
