Worley is seeking a Project Accountant II to govern finances across project lifecycles in Colombia. You will lead inception handovers, monitor cost and revenue performance, and ensure accurate month-end reporting and forecasting.

The role collaborates with Project Managers, Project Controls, and Finance to ensure disciplined execution and transparent project outcomes. The successful candidate will review billability, manage accruals, and support decision-making through margin analysis and timely

Formación

• Our candidates typically have a university degree or equivalent and 5–10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Perform weekly reviews of cost and revenue exceptions and monitor gross margin.
• Review contractual billability of resource assignments and ensure compliance.
• Validate month-end accruals and overhead allocations for accurate results.
• Prepare post month-end reporting and present to stakeholders; contribute to budgets and forecasts.
• Support project setup, financial handover, and ensure proper project structure and controls.
• Compile inputs for budgets/forecasts and present results effectively.
