Worley is seeking a Project Accountant II in Colombia to provide financial governance over project lifecycles. You will lead project inception handovers, monitor cost and revenue performance, and ensure accurate month-end reporting and forecasting.

Working closely with Project Managers, Project Controls, and Finance, you will review contractual billability, validate accruals, and support informed decision-making with timely margin analyses and reporting to stakeholders.

Formación

• University degree or equivalent in related field or applicable discipline.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g. pivot tables, VLOOKUPS, and data analysis). Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical skills and problem solving.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Provide financial governance and control over projects throughout their lifecycle.
• Lead project inception handovers, monitor cost and revenue performance, and ensure accurate month‑end reporting and forecasting.
• Review contractual billability and validate accruals/adjustments; support decision making through margin analyses and reporting.
• Perform weekly reviews of cost and revenue exceptions and track collection updates with project teams.
• Prepare and present post month‑end project reporting and inputs for budgets and forecasts.
