Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and CPA license with valid certification.
• Experience managing direct reports in a finance function.
• Minimum 5 years in accounting with intercompany transactions.

• Extensive senior leadership experience in finance, compliance, and ops.
• Strong knowledge of FP&A, governance, compliance, risk, and controls.
• Ability to influence executives and support strategic decisions.
• Experience leading organizational transformation and talent development.
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Advanced English proficiency.
