Kyndryl is seeking a high-impact Senior Enterprise Account Leader in Medellin to drive strategic growth with top customers. You will own the account P&L and build deep connections with C-suite executives, leveraging Kyndryl’s global capabilities to solve complex business challenges.

You will shape the consulting practice and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver bespoke, scalable solutions and accelerate opportunities across our client portfolio.

Formación

• Experience running account P&L and managing large, strategic accounts.
• Deep knowledge of business and technology trends and best practices.
• Experience managing sales processes from prospecting to close.
• Proven track record in revenue growth, cost management, profitability, and risk analysis.
• Open-minded and empathetic approach in customer relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute account strategies to grow and retain key accounts.
• Expand scope by identifying new opportunities and capabilities.
• Own the P&L and ensure customer satisfaction and compliance.
• Cultivate executive-level relationships with decision-makers.
• Collaborate with sales team to manage end-to-end deal cycles.
• Build go-to-market pipelines with partners to win larger deals.
