Kaplan International Languages is seeking a highly motivated Junior Account Representative to support student recruitment growth across the Americas. Reporting to the Account Manager, this role will focus on strengthening agent partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, driving student enrollments, and supporting regional sales and marketing initiatives.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, bilingual English/Spanish fluency, strong presentation and negotiation

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, Education, or related field.
• Experience managing external partners or client relationships.
• Fluent English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Intrinsic motivation with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in a diverse environment.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Authorized to work in Colombia.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve individual targets for the region and specific relationships.
• Deliver agent training programs, webinars, and workshops to improve partner knowledge and conversion.
• Represent Kaplan International Languages at industry conferences, agent workshops, recruitment fairs, and student events.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
