Job summary

Kaplan International Languages is hiring a Junior Account Representative to help grow student recruitment across the Americas. You will strengthen agent partnerships, identify new business opportunities, and support regional sales and marketing initiatives.

The role requires fluency in English and Spanish, strong presentation and negotiation skills, and the ability to travel for client engagement and events. A Bachelor’s degree and experience with partner management are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or related field with strong academic performance.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is essential (written and spoken).
• Experience managing external partners or client relationships preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual targets for the region and specific relationships to drive growth.
• Deliver partner training programs, webinars, and workshops to improve knowledge and conversion.
• Represent Kaplan International Languages at conferences, workshops, and recruitment events.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new recruitment partners and educational institutions.
• Prepare presentations for new business prospects and travel to key cities in the Americas.
• Support offline marketing initiatives and generate new leads through established stakeholders.
• Maintain CRM records, monitor KPIs, and provide regular sales forecasts and reports.
