Job summary

Kaplan International Languages is seeking a highly motivated Junior Account Representative to support student recruitment growth across the Americas. The role focuses on strengthening agent partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, driving enrollments, and supporting regional sales/marketing initiatives.

Reporting to the Account Manager, travel to strategic cities in the Americas is required. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, fluent English and Spanish, strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, Education, or related field.
• Experience managing external partners or client relationships.
• Fluent English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Intrinsic motivation with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in a diverse environment.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Must be authorized to work in Colombia.

Responsibilities

• Achieving individual targets, both market-based and for specific relationships.
• Deliver agent training programs, webinars, and workshops to improve partner knowledge.
• Represent Kaplan International Languages at industry conferences and events.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new recruitment partners and corporate clients.
• Organize presentations for new business prospects.
• Travel to key cities in the Americas with agents or business potential.
• Assist with offline marketing strategy and networking activities.
• Promote KLG to generate new leads and pursue opportunities.
• Maintain records of partner activity in the CRM and monitor KPI performance.
