Job summary

Kaplan Languages Group (KLG) seeks a highly motivated Junior Account Representative to drive student recruitment growth across the Americas. Reporting to the Account Manager, the role focuses on strengthening agent partnerships, expanding business opportunities, and supporting regional sales and marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have bilingual English/Spanish skills, strong organization, and the ability to travel in the Americas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Fluent English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Experience managing external partners or client relationships.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Authorized to work in Colombia.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual targets, both market-based and for specific relationships.
• Deliver agent training programs, webinars, and workshops.
• Represent Kaplan International Languages at industry conferences and events.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new recruitment partners and institutions.
• Organize presentations for new business prospects.
• Travel to strategic cities in the Americas with agents or potential business.
• Assist with offline marketing strategy and networking activities.
• Promote Kaplan Languages Group to generate new leads with stakeholders.
• Liaise with Kaplan agents and KLG colleges to meet targets.
• Develop market-specific collateral with the marketing team.
• Maintain CRM records of partner activity and sales opportunities.
• Monitor conversion rates, enrollment performance, and KPIs.
• Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports.
• Support market-based projects and regional strategy.
