Job summary

Kaplan International Languages is seeking a Junior Account Representative to support student recruitment growth across the Americas. Based in Bogotá, you will strengthen agent partnerships, identify opportunities, and drive enrollments while coordinating regional sales and marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

Achieve individual targets for the Americas region and key relationships.
Deliver agent training programs, webinars, and workshops to improve partner knowledge and conversions.
Represent Kaplan International Languages at conferences, workshops, recruitment fairs, and student events.
Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and trends.
Identify, recruit, and onboard new recruitment partners, institutions, and corporate clients.
Travel to strategically important cities in the Americas with agents or high potential.
