Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Bogotá, Colombia seeks a Business Development professional for the Project & Development Services (PDS) team. You will identify opportunities, map markets, generate leads, and build a qualified pipeline while coordinating meetings and preparing proposals with the PDS team.

Ideal candidates have 4-6 years of experience in construction, BD, or related fields, strong negotiation skills, and English proficiency. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of professional experience in construction, project management, business development, or consultative sales.
• Experience in prospecting, opening markets and generating new business opportunities.
• Understanding of construction processes and project coordination.
• Experience creating commercial or financial proposals.
• Familiar with CRM and digital prospecting tools.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, autonomous and results-oriented.
• Intermediate or advanced English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new business opportunities.
• Map markets, generate leads and perform client outreach.
• Build and maintain a qualified commercial pipeline.
• Coordinate initial meetings with potential clients and follow up on qualified leads.
• Prepare commercial presentations and proposals with the PDS team.
• Develop relationships with clients, brokers, contractors, design firms and stakeholders.
• Maintain client and opportunity data in the CRM.
• Monitor pipeline and progress reports; support timely delivery of proposals and projects.
