A leading multinational BPO company is seeking a highly analytical Compensation & Pricing Coordinator to join their corporate team in Barranquilla, Colombia. This role focuses on designing and optimizing compensation structures and pricing models, driving strategic decision-making across HR, Finance, and Commercial teams. Candidates should have 5-8 years of relevant experience with strong skills in Excel and Power BI, and should be prepared for fast-track career growth within a dynamic work environment.

Formación

• 5–8 years of experience in Compensation, Pricing, Financial Analysis, HR Analytics, or similar roles.
• Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with KPIs, budgeting, cost structures, and pricing models.

• Develop and maintain salary structures and compensation policies.
• Conduct market analyses to maintain competitive salary ranges.
• Build compensation and pricing reports using Excel, Power BI, and analytics tools.
