Auxis LLC is seeking a Collaboration Engineering Lead to own the strategy, delivery, and operations of our enterprise collaboration platforms within the Digital Workplace organization.

You will lead Collaboration Engineering & Operations across Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and governance platforms, partnering with Security, Identity, Cloud Platform, and End User Experience teams to ensure security, reliability, and scalability.

Responsabilidades

• Own collaboration platform strategy and roadmap.
• Define governance standards for Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams architectures.
• Ensure security, compliance, and data protection in collaboration services.
• Lead and develop Associate and Senior Associate Collaboration Engineers.
• Partner with Security and Compliance on audits and regulatory requirements.
