Auxis LLC seeks a Collaboration Engineer – Senior Associate to design, administer, and optimize Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams) and drive governance and operational excellence. You will partner with Security, Compliance, Identity, and Cloud Platform teams to keep services secure, compliant, and scalable by default.

You will lead complex troubleshooting, mentor engineers, and support migrations and feature rollouts, leveraging AvePoint governance and Purview

Formación

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
5–7 years of experience in collaboration or Microsoft 365 engineering roles.
Microsoft certifications preferred: M365 Administrator; Teams or Security & Compliance.

Responsabilidades

Lead administration and optimization of Microsoft 365 collaboration services.
Design and implement standards for Exchange Online mail flow and governance for SharePoint/OneDrive; manage Teams architecture.
Governance, retention, and eDiscovery controls using Purview; AvePoint governance usage.
Troubleshoot mail routing, sharing, and Teams performance issues; act as escalation point.
Support migrations and feature rollouts; mentor Associate-level engineers; automate tasks where possible.
