Auxis is seeking an experienced Collaboration Engineering Lead to own strategy, delivery, and operations of enterprise collaboration platforms within the Digital Workplace group. This role blends technical leadership, people management, and service ownership to ensure secure, reliable, compliant, and scalable collaboration services.
The candidate will lead Collaboration Engineering & Operations across Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and governance platforms, partnering with Security,
Formación
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in collaboration, digital workplace, or platform engineering roles.
- Experience leading collaboration or productivity engineering teams.
- Microsoft certifications strongly preferred.
Responsabilidades
- Own collaboration platform strategy and architecture across Microsoft 365 services.
- Define and govern standards for Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams architectures.
- Oversee data protection, retention, and eDiscovery in Puview.
- Ensure platforms align with security, compliance, and data policies.
- Review and approve complex platform designs and changes.
- Lead service delivery, operations, and risk, including availability and user experience.
- Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
- Mentor Associate and Senior Associate Collaboration Engineers.
- Build partnerships with Digital Workplace, Security, and Cloud leadership.
