Power Digital Marketing is seeking an Account Manager to lead client relationships and drive growth across strategy, design, and technology initiatives. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage a 5–10 client portfolio, and ensure delivery aligns with client objectives.

The role emphasizes proactive leadership, strong communication, and a data-driven approach to expand revenue while maintaining high satisfaction.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1-3+ years of experience in account management within a marketing agency environment.
• Proficiency in English (minimum B2) and strong knowledge of marketing strategies, digital marketing, and advertising concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong relationships and understanding their business objectives.
• Cross-Functional Orchestration: Drive alignment across design, development, and strategy teams through briefs, timelines, and acceptance criteria.
• POD Coordination & Alignment: Act as the central coordinator across the pod, assigning tasks to designers and developers to ensure efficient execution.
• Communication & Transparency: Communicate project status, updates, and recommendations clearly to clients and internal teams.
• Client Portfolio: Manages a portfolio of 5–10 clients simultaneously, owning relationships and delivery, with 27K+ in monthly recurring revenue.
• Proactive Account Leadership: Anticipates client needs, identifies growth opportunities, and surfaces risks early.
