Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Sr. HR Business Partner to act as a strategic advisor and align talent strategies with business goals. You will lead organizational development, performance management cycles, and end-to-end employee lifecycle initiatives in a multinational context.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, strong knowledge of HR generalities, and ensuring compliance with Colombian Labor Law. English proficiency at B2+ is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HR roles, with at least 2–3 years as an HRBP or HR Generalist, preferably in tech or multinational environments.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for organizational improvement and lead change management initiatives.
• Provide data-driven insights to help leaders make informed decisions regarding their teams.
• Oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from high-impact onboarding to strategic offboarding.
• Work closely with the responsible COE during performance management cycles, ensuring a feedback culture is ingrained and actionable.
• Ensure compliance with Colombian Labor Law.
