Job summary

Infoquest is seeking an Associate in Bogotá to bridge clients with industry experts. You will drive outreach, identify the right experts, and negotiate participation in projects, building strong executive sales skills.

The role requires 0–4 years of experience in business, research, or client-facing roles, and business-fluent English for international engagement. This on-site role includes occasional work-from-home days and a direct Colombian payroll contract.

Qualifications

• Business-fluent English (C1/C2) for cold outreach, screening calls, and international stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Get Smart on New Markets: understand industries, client needs, and translate to sourcing strategies.
• Expert Sourcing: identify and source experts across industries using LinkedIn and databases.
• Initial Outreach: contact potential experts via calls, emails, and messages.
• Convincing and Negotiation: persuade experts and secure participation in projects.
• Qualification: conduct screening calls to assess expertise and fit.
• KPI Achievement: reach daily and monthly outreach and confirmation targets.
