Job summary

Infoquest S.A.S. in Bogotá, Colombia is seeking an Associate to drive outreach and expert sourcing across industries. You will build relationships with clients and experts, negotiate participation, and hit daily and monthly KPIs in a fast-growing startup culture.

The role is on-site with one work-from-home day per week, offering a Colombian payroll contract with full statutory benefits and opportunities to grow in a dynamic knowledge economy.

Qualifications

• 0–4 years of professional experience in business, research, or client-facing roles.
• Business-fluent English for outreach and international engagement.
• Experience using LinkedIn and online sourcing tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Get Smart on New Markets: Understand industries, trends, and client needs and translate into sourcing strategies.
• Expert Sourcing: Identify and source experts across industries using LinkedIn and databases.
• Initial Outreach: Contact potential experts via calls, emails, and messages.
• Convincing and Negotiation: Persuade experts and secure participation in projects.
• Qualification: Conduct screening calls to assess expertise and fit.
• Compliance and Data Security: Handle sensitive information per policies.
• KPI Achievement: Hit daily and monthly targets for calls and outreaches.
• Work Eligibility: Must be legally eligible to work in Colombia.
• Organization & Time Management: Manage multiple projects and meet KPIs.
• Tools & Technology: Use LinkedIn and online tools for sourcing.
